Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Ship: what the service does, what your credits buy, and who owns what you make with it.
In plain terms
You own what you make. Credits are prepaid; subscription credits roll over while the subscription is active and pack credits last 365 days. An account terminated for a violation forfeits its credits.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Ship("the Service"), operated by qcrao, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Description of Service
A production Next.js SaaS template for Cloudflare Workers, with the lessons from running paid AI products already fixed.
User Accounts
You sign in with a third-party provider (Google).
You are responsible for activity on your account and must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live).
One person, one free grant: creating accounts to collect free credits repeatedly is not allowed.
Credits & Billing
Paid actions cost credits, shown before you confirm. Credits are bought through subscriptions or one-time packs, processed by Stripe. Prices are listed on the pricing page.
Subscription credits are granted monthly and roll over while the subscription stays active; they lapse after it ends.
Pack credits stay valid for 365 days from purchase.
You can cancel a subscription at any time; it runs to the end of the paid period. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.
Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
Content Ownership
You own what you submit and what you create.
We don't sell your content.
You grant us the limited licence needed to store, process and show your content back to you, and to display anything you choose to make public. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload.
Prohibited Use
Illegal content, or content that infringes others' rights
Harassment, hate, or content that sexualises real people without consent
Attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service
Reselling access or automating the Service without permission
Any content sexualising minors is prohibited with zero tolerance and is reported to the relevant authorities.
Termination & Enforcement
We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms. An account closed for a violation forfeits its remaining credits. You may stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time.
Availability & Liability
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee it. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes are announced by email or in the product before they take effect.
